Now owned by the Sunninghill Trust, the historic Novello is being restored as the Picturehouse Theatre, joining forces with Cordes Hall to create the Sunninghill Arts & Community Hub.
Together, these much-loved spaces will create new opportunities for people of all ages to perform, learn, connect and belong, enriching village life today and for generations to come.

The Novello Picturehouse Theatre has been part of Sunninghill's story for generations.
Our vision is to carefully restore this much-loved building and create a vibrant home for theatre, arts, community events, education and wellbeing, working alongside Cordes Hall to offer a wide range of activities throughout the year.
Together, these spaces will become a place where creativity flourishes and our community comes together.
