Cordes Hall
The Sunninghill Arts & Community Hub brings together Cordes Hall and the Picture House Theatre as one new, expanded home for arts, entertainment and community life in the heart of Sunninghill.
Already home to theatre, cinema, classes, clubs, celebrations and community events, Cordes Hall is a busy and welcoming village venue with something happening throughout the week.
At the heart of village life
Built in 1902, Cordes Hall was left in trust to the Vicar of the Parish of Sunninghill for the use of the local community.
Today it is a registered charity, overseen by a Board of Trustees, and continues to fulfil that original purpose.
Over the years, generations of local people have come through its doors to perform, celebrate, exercise, meet, learn and spend time together.
Now, as part of the Sunninghill Arts & Community Hub, Cordes Hall and the neighbouring Picture House Theatre are entering an exciting new chapter together.

You don't need to live in Sunninghill to hire Cordes Hall. From children's parties and wedding receptions to corporate events, charity fundraisers, screenings and performances, the Hall offers flexible spaces right in the heart of the village.
And because Cordes Hall is a non-profit organisation, the money raised through hall hire is reinvested into maintaining and improving the venue for the community.
